Justin Spencer

Justin has 20+ years in commercial and technical sales. In 2006 Justin joined the Division 7 team and has loved being involved in the construction industry ever since. In 2021 Justin joined Dan Barker as a partner in Division 7 BEC. Justin loves to teach and spend time with his friends. Sales has allowed him to develop life-long friendships with people from all over the world. Having represented major national manufacturers of roofing, waterproofing, insulation, and air and vapor barrier products, Justin has actively participated in many building sciences courses and is a LEED-AP+. Over the past 16 years he has enjoyed sharing that specialized knowledge with his customers. Justin’s finds that the most rewarding part of his job is educating design professionals and installers on best practices and delivering a successful project. He is an active member of the ABAA, CSI, the local AIA chapter, NRCA, UFOMA and IFMA, and has been a staunch proponent of continued education for roofing contractors and design professionals.

In his spare time Justin loves to travel and spend quality time with his gorgeous wife and 5 children. As avid scuba divers and water lovers, he and his family have been blessed discover many wonderful places in the world. Justin also loves to read, work in the yard and spend time in nature.
